The loss has already happened.
What we do next.

ADS Inspection & Consulting attends the site of inspection, determines the extent of the damage, establishes the cause and issues a survey report on completion of the investigation. The insurer then decides on compensation on the basis of that report. We work in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia (Ulaanbaatar) and China (Khorgos).

01General cargo / Damage survey+

Inspection of packaged goods — cartons, crates, bags, pallets — plus container survey and inspection in storage.

General cargo / Damage survey
  • Quantity and completeness: piece count, checked against the bill of lading and packing lists
  • Condition of cargo and packaging: damage, deformation, traces of wetting and tampering
  • Marking and seals: conformity with documents, integrity, correct application
  • Photographic record and report of condition at the time of inspection
  • Transport and securing: stowage, dunnage, quality of securing in wagon or trailer
  • Container survey: weathertightness, locking gear, moisture and contamination inside, suitability for the cargo
  • Survey in storage: temperature and humidity, sanitary condition, stacking, integrity of the site perimeter
  • Pre-shipment survey at the shipper's warehouse: quality, completeness, packaging and marking
02Perishable goods survey+

A specialised inspection recording the condition of the cargo and the carriage conditions — to confirm the goods are sound or to support a claim for deterioration.

Perishable goods survey
  • Temperature regime: logger and thermograph data, charts for the whole route, deviations from the required range
  • Humidity and ventilation in the compartment or container
  • Packaging and containment: weathertightness, thermal insulation, damage, wetting, tampering
  • Marking and shelf life: production and expiry dates, declared storage conditions
  • Appearance, odour, consistency: visual and organoleptic examination
  • Stowage and securing: pallet shift, broken stacking, ingress of warm air
03Warranty survey+

An independent expert check during the warranty period: to record the condition of the object, identify defects or confirm compliance with warranty terms. Method and materials for securing or lifting are discussed directly with the parties involved.

Warranty survey
  • Industrial and power facilities: operation and technical condition, confirming faults are not manufacturing or installation defects
  • Marine and offshore projects: safety of loading, transport and installation, risks accounted for under the insurance cover
  • Equipment and cargo deliveries: recording damage and discrepancies on acceptance to support warranty claims
04Warehouse risk survey+

A systematic inspection of a warehouse to identify weak points and help avoid losses, injuries and regulatory claims.

Warehouse risk survey
  • Occupational safety: aisles, lighting, ventilation, forklift operations and operator training
  • Fire safety: storage of flammable materials, wiring, extinguishers, escape routes
  • Storage conditions: temperature, humidity, ventilation, sanitary condition, stacking and rack loading
  • Equipment: condition of racking, conveyors and lifts, maintenance, load marking

How we work

Six things the client gets along with the report.
01 Speed However wide the coverage, we reach the site within hours.
02 Word from the field Preliminary findings of the survey are passed on before the report is issued.
03 Attention to detail Careful reading of the circumstances, the paperwork and the damage itself.
04 Investigation We establish what happened and why, not just what it looks like.
05 Impartiality Equal treatment of every party involved, without bias.
06 The report A complete, logically built document a decision can rest on.
